Friday I ran over 5 miles and Saturday I ran 7. So today’s workout was less strenuous. I woke up and did about 20 min of yoga and a little body weight session.

Then this afternoon I did a back workout with resistance bands and some cardio on my treadmill. My cardio wasn’t as strenuous as running outside.

I love working out at home. There’s no travel time or leaving. Just waking up, throwing on my shoes, and getting it in.
