Creating On a Continuum

I grabbed this pic from a friend. It is spot on and needs to be shared. This doesn’t have to be an “all or nothing” thing. You don’t have to cook at home every meal. You can watch some tv. You can socialize on social media. You just have to create and cultivate that life to be more on that right hand side.

When I stopped watching the news, my mental and spiritual health improved. I culled my network. I got rid of ppl who I saw as toxic. I block ppl. I don’t engage in the same amount of debating back and forth. I workout first thing in the morning, usually. It decreases the chances for me to skip a workout or make excuses. I have learned to find the lessons, if possible, in circumstances vs constantly complaining about things.

I used the pandemic to listen to dozens of audiobooks and even got a yoga certification. Yay me!

Your habits can easily begin with one step. Just moving forward. Consistently.
