Backyard Circuit

Who needs a gym membership when you have a backyard? Or any cleared space for that matter! We have been building our home gym for a while now, but def beefing it up during the pandemic. We haven’t missed a beat with exercise.

Yesterday’s workout circuit was a shoulder burner with some heavy med ball (30lbs) squats at the end. That was a great workout. And the cool thing about circuits, you can complete several exercises quickly as long as you take short breaks. In. Out. Bing. Bam. Boom!! 💥
