I am a big proponent on “anybody will benefit from a trainer”, even a trainer. And I couldn’t wait to start working out with mine. I did some initial strength building on my own to set the stage for my trainer to kick my butt. And MAN! did he kick my butt!
When I get in the gym, I’m on a time constraint. But even with 30-40 min, Phil has been able to design an effective and challenging workout. The use of BOSU and stability balls and interval training straight beat me down. But I LOVED it! I can’t wait to see what the end result will be!
