Meal Plan
Breakfast: Raspberry baked oatmeal
Lunch: BBQ Lentil Sandwich
Dinner: Nacho Pizza

Hearts-star jumping jacks
Spades-deep squats
Diamonds- knee grab sit ups

Aces and Jokers are 1 minute rest
Face cards = 10 reps
Number cards = the number of reps
