Meal Plan

Breakfast: Brown Sugar Peach Muffins

Ready in 30 minutes

Lunch: Chickenless “Chicken” Salad

Ready in 35 minutes

Dinner: Aromatic Noodles with Lime Peanut Sauce

Ready in 45 minutes

Workout Routine

Jump and swing your arms as if you actually have a jump rope.
Workout (30 secs of each, then repeat. That is ONE set. Do 2 sets!):
Straight jumping
Side-to-side
Back and forth
Right leg
Left leg
Straight jumping
