Whew lawd! I am so ready to get up on this stage…I tell ya! But these next 2 weeks are gonna be kinda hellish. I can already tell. I was looking at my diet and water schedule for the next 2 weeks, and I started to get sad. I was literally sitting on the couch depressed, but there is no way around this part. I gotta get up on the stage looking my best and putting in the best effort possible. SHOOT, I been dieting and training since the end of Dec., I might as well do well. 🙂
As I sit here and type this, I am feeling pretty awesome. Last week, I was a little rundown, but this week has been good. This is probably typical of competition prep. This is only the second show I have ever gone to. The first was my first show I competed in last year. So I don’t get the typical nervousness that I am sure other women go through. I really don’t know what to compare myself to. I am just going up there to present the best ME possible and display in a lil, itty bitty piece of shiny, studded fabric each plyo, lunge, sprint, and pull up that I have done 🙂

Carbs are restricted and fruits nixed…so no more of my beloved smothies! 😦
