Breakfast: Pancakes & fruit-ready within 30 minutes

Lunch: Pita pockets & fruit-ready within 10 minutes

Dinner: Portobello Steaks-ready within 30 minutes

Workout Routine

This week, LaQuesha will demonstrate 3 exercises- no gym membership or equipment is required

This workout will take 20 minutes to complete

Bear Crawl: walking on hands and feet. You should feel this mainly in your shoulders.
Crab Walk: sit on the ground and put your hands behind you. Raise your butt and start walking back and forth.
Bunny Hop: hop while swinging your arms for momentum
