Typical reasons/(excuses) people say they cannot workout:

  1. No gym membership
  2. No time
  3. Not sure what to do

Well let me help you out with all of these. Here is a simple and quick workout routine that you need absolutely NO equipment for, no gym membership, and not a lot of time. You can literally do this workout in about 30 minutes: The 100’s. So 100 reps is your goal. And you can make this workout your own by adding, subtracting, and/or modifying the exercises. But here is a basic routine (and the goal is to get to 100 reps in 30 minutes or less): jumping jacks, body weight squats (do jump squats for more intensity), pushups (yes, I know 100 may be daunting, but do the best you can…and modified pushups are acceptable), and crunches (try reverse crunches or oblique twists for modifications.) Do 20 reps of each exercise per cycle. This workout can supplement when you cannot get to the gym, if you are pressed for time, or if you are just starting out and not sure what to do. I cannot fathom any reasonable excuse for not getting some movement in each and everyday you are alive. You eat everyday. So why not MOVE everyday!?
