I’m tired and hungry and tired. Oh, and I need rest. I am carb deprived and exercising harder and longer these days, so afterwards I may look a little run-down. Yeah and my irritability level is inversely related to my calories. So I may be a little less tolerant…sorry in advance. Dieting can be challenging. And competition dieting can be brutal. So that is where my head is right now. I said in the beginning of this journey that I would share the “good, bad, and ugly.” Well, it is looking a little ugly right about now. Hopefully next week will be better.

Good news, I am liking my pics. The scale may not be moving, but my abs are starting to pop. And my legs are getting more defined 🙂
