Bellies, bellies, bellies!!!

I get asked all the time via facebook, email, text message, twitter, and in person advice on how to get a flat stomach or a 6 pack. Most people are NOT willing to do what it takes to get the results. I think people are waiting on me to explain the perfect crunch or the perfect contraption to buy. Most people give me the blankest stare…and yes, I can see their blank stares through my computer…when I tell them DIET is the most important aspect. You have to be willing to change your eating habits if you want to lose that spare tire. It is just that simple. The most strenuous exercise will be exercising self-discipline and COOKING!

I have figured out that some people really don’t know what it means to eat “healthy.” So some helpful hints: eat more fresh fruits and veggies, drink more water, don’t drink soda/pop (whatever you call it), and watch (or basically eliminate) processed/fried/fast foods.
